For a limited time only, we are offering our clients the chance to WIN A FREE UPGRADE to our biggest and most luxurious yacht, a stunning Leopard 102 super yacht, on a day charter.

1. Organizer
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by CAC Mediterranean Charter SL (“Organizer”), located at Calle Voluntariado 6, 07800, Ibiza, Baleares, Spain.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 and above, except employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, and their immediate family members. Participants must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on at 00:01 CET on Saturday, February 8th 2025, and ends on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 23:59:59 CET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To enter, you must make a day charter booking through the Smart Charter Ibiza online booking system or an official Smart Charter sales agent, with a 50% deposit paid before the end of the “entry period” on March 15th 2025. Multiple entries are allowed, but only one day charter upgrade will be given in every 100 eligible bookings.
4.1 Booking commissions
If you make a booking on behalf of a client, please note that your commission will be calculated in relation to the boat originally booked, NOT the price of the upgrade boat.
5. Prize
The winner(s) will receive a free upgrade for an 8-hour day charter to the Leopard 102 “La Romana” or, depending on availability, a model of similar value and size. The upgraded charter will last eight hours on the date agreed between “winner” and “organizer”. As with all charters, fuel is exempt from the prize and will be charged extra on the day of charter. However, the winner(s) will only pay the fuel of the boat they originally booked. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner(s) will be selected randomly by Monday, March 31st 2025. The Organizer will notify the winner(s) via phone or email. If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants agree that the Organizer may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the Giveaway will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any issues beyond its control. Participants agree to release the Organizer from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
11. Miscellaneous
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated via phone or email.
